• An extra bed charge of $50 per person applies
• Rates include a complimentary continental breakfast and in-villa chef service
• Airport transfers are charged at $30 per trip for up to 7 guests, subject to 7% tax
• A minimum stay of 3 nights is required in the standard season; 5 nights during peak and high season dates, with a minimum of 7 nights during Christmas/New Year, or 10 nights over Christmas and New Year
• Check-in time is at 15:00 and check-out time at 10:30, with options for early arrival or late departure subject to availability

Early Bird Promotion

• Receive a 5% discount for bookings made 120 days or more in advance
• This applies to new bookings at full occupancy rates and cannot be combined with other promotions
