Rates are quoted per night in $ USD with a minimum stay of 3 nights, except during peak seasons which require a minimum stay of 7 nights. The rate encompasses electricity and water, full-time on-site staff, daily cleaning services, bed linen changed twice weekly, pool towel changes as necessary, complimentary continental breakfast, and lunchtime chef service with a 20% charge for food, guest manager, airport transfers, baby cot & highchair, WiFi, and a digital safe.

The rate does not include private evening chef services, babysitting, massage and spa treatments, chartered boat services, or car rentals, all of which can be arranged upon request.
